About Alicia Moore 

Alicia Moore has been practicing DEIB for over 13 years at a variety of organizations in Wisconsin, Texas, and now Oregon. A practical and analytical thinker, she believes in creating spaces for others to be their authentic selves and excels at creating diverse and inclusive infrastructures to bridge the gap between business outcomes and competency building in the DEI space. Alicia currently is the DEI Program Manager at Columbia Sportswear and resides on the Board of Directors for REAP, Inc., a year-round multicultural youth leadership program.  

About Jen Lowrance

Jen Lowrance brings two decades of Human Resources experience to her work in the DEI space. With HR roles in a variety of industries including non-profits, food service and manufacturing and financial services, she most recently joined the green energy industry and is currently working part-time as the DEI Program Director for Powin. She also brings trainings, presentations, and policies to life using graphic novel-style elements with her company Storybridge (www.storybridgecreations.com ).
